Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Waxed & Relaxed LLC you agree to the terms of our Cancellation Policy. We kindly ask that you reschedule appointments before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Last minute cancellations and reschedules within the 24 hour time frame will result in a 50% charge of all services scheduled for that day. No shows will also be charged 50% for all services due and any future appointments will no longer be accepted. If you need to cancel or reschedule at anytime you can do so through the booking page of our website or by following any Square communications sent to you via text or email.
